If an option is no longer available, a different price or alternative may need to be discussed. Always review the current total and inclusion list rather than relying on an older screenshot or previously displayed amount.
Booking confirmation through WhatsApp
A booking is confirmed through the details agreed in the WhatsApp conversation. Before agreement, review the traveler names, travel dates, route, hotel, room arrangement, package inclusions and exclusions, total price and any conditions that have been provided.
An enquiry, website visit or request for a quote is not a confirmed booking. Keep the final agreed message and any travel documents provided for your records.
Visa assistance and decisions
Visa assistance does not guarantee approval. Embassies, consulates and immigration authorities control visa requirements, processing, requests for additional information, timing and final decisions. A visa may be delayed, refused or affected by changing official requirements.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Do not make a non-refundable travel commitment only on the assumption that a visa will be approved.

Their availability, schedules, baggage allowances, change rules, cancellation conditions and operational decisions apply to the relevant service. Raza Tour & Travel cannot guarantee that a third-party provider or public authority will deliver a particular outcome beyond the confirmed service terms.

Traveler responsibility
The traveler must check that names and passenger details are correct, the passport is valid for the destination, visa or entry requirements are met, and required documents are carried. Ask before confirmation if any important detail is unclear.
By agreeing to a booking through WhatsApp, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the shared details and understand that prices, availability, visas and third-party outcomes are subject to the conditions described above.
